House And Home
Once upon a time there was a happy, glittering, chattering house – children playing, parents smiling, friends coming over, family get-togethers, barbecues in the manicured lawn, flowers blooming in the beds, birds chirping on the trees, sprinklers watering on time.
Then the children grew big and left for uncharted journeys. Parents grew old and shifted to Assisted Care Centres. The house became sad and silent.
As I look at its morose facade I realise what it is for a house to be a home.

A true reflection on what makes a house a home. Even homeless people can live in a house.

You can turn a house to a home . . . It’s a cocktail to do so, though.
