This is Balu The Vagga.

Vagga is short form for Vagabond.

Please don’t go by his looks. He is not that innocent. He eats away every other stray’s food and snarls at Rinky, my pet, when irritated. He has learnt all the wrong things growing up. To paw me as soon as I am out of my car, block my way home, overtake me when I am on an urgent mission, nudge me off when I am carrying a carry bag and knock on my B-I-L’s door punctually if the morning tea is late. All these bad habits have been inculcated by my B-I-L who staunchly refuses all allegations. He feeds him and his platoon Pedigree, egg yolk, chicken bones and such tasty stuff to the extent that now the strays have refused the bread and milk the other neighbours distribute for them. I am sure, one day, Balu is going to lead a Canine Party and contend the Block election. I see in him the growing brilliance of trailblazing leadership when he quickly defects to the other side as soon as he sees fierce opposition.
